As a Territory Assistant Manager - Sales, you will be responsible for client satisfaction and project management across your assigned territory.
You will play a crucial role in developing and executing the Livpreneur success strategy and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive growth based on regional demand.
Your role involves enabling Livpreneurs to meet their qualitative and quantitative targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure client satisfaction across all projects in the territory.
- Develop and implement the Livpreneur success strategy in your territory.
- Enable Livpreneurs to achieve their qualitative and quantitative targets.
- Define project scope and estimates, connecting customers with service partners based on their requirements.
- Accompany service partners to customer sites to finalize scope and pricing.
- Conduct regular meetings (online/offline) with Livpreneurs to address and resolve concerns.
Qualifications:
- Graduate/Postgraduate in any field.
- MBA will be a plus.
- 3+ years of experience in Business Development and Growth, with at least 1 year in B2C Sales and team management.
- Strong multitasking abilities and experience in managing complex operations.
- Proven track record in sales and business development.
- Willingness to travel across India.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- High level of ownership and accountability for targets.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
