Job Description:
As the Team Lead for pre-sales at Livspace, you will be responsible for leading a team of 10-15 pre-sales professionals to support the sales process and drive business growth.
Your role will involve overseeing the pre-sales activities, guiding the team in preparing and presenting strategic proposals, and ensuring the effective execution of pre-sales strategies.
You will work closely with the sales and delivery teams to align pre-sales efforts with overall business objectives and client needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 10-15 pre-sales professionals, providing guidance, support, and motivation to achieve team goals and performance targets.
- Oversee the preparation and delivery of pre-sales materials, including proposals, presentations, and scope of work documents, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and accuracy.
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand client requirements, develop tailored solutions, and present them effectively to potential clients.
- Develop and implement pre-sales strategies and processes to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the team.
- Ensure timely and accurate response to RFPs, RFIs, and other client inquiries, working with the team to provide detailed and compelling proposals.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, provide feedback, and identify opportunities for professional development and training within the pre-sales team.
- Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients and internal teams, to ensure alignment and successful outcomes.
- Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and market developments to inform pre-sales strategies and stay ahead of the competition.
- Coordinate with the delivery and project management teams to ensure seamless transition from pre-sales to project execution.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Pre-Sales Team Lead or in a similar leadership role, with a track record of managing and developing high-performing teams.
Extensive experience in pre-sales activities, including preparing proposals, presentations, and client engagement.
Strong understanding of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate complex solutions and value propositions to clients.
Demonstrated leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team to achieve performance targets.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering customer-centric solutions.
Ability to work collaboratively with sales, delivery, and project management teams to ensure alignment and successful project execution.
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications are a plus
