- Build and execute influencer marketing strategies that contribute to platform growth and revenue.

- Oversee the creation of high-quality, engaging content that resonates with our audience and encourages sharing.

- Collaborate with the content and design teams to ensure a cohesive brand voice across all platforms.

- Utilize data-driven insights to craft and optimize social media plans, ensuring continuous improvement.

- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, platform updates, and industry best practices.

- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, creative, product, category and customer service, to ensure brand consistency and alignment of goals.

- Prepare regular reports on organic growth performance, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.

Skills And Expertise:

- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, with at least 6 - 8 years

- Strong understanding of social media platforms, tools, and best practices.

- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful social media strategies from the ground up (0-1 problem solver).

- Proven track record of growing social media channels as revenue streams.

- Experience in influencer marketing and the ability to build and maintain relationships with influencers

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and networking skills.

- Data-driven with a strong ability to interpret analytics and adjust strategies accordingly.

- Ability to work independently, take ownership of projects, and lead by example
