Job Description - Senior Business Development Manager.
We are seeking a new Senior Manager Business Development for our organization which is starting its commercial segment. As our new Senior Manager Business Development, you will be responsible for acquisition of new clients. you will drive business development efforts that generate leads, enhance brand visibility, and increase sales.
Requirements:
- You will drive business development efforts in the area/region, acquire new clients and manage sales targets.
- You will represent the company in the market and build industry network and manage key stakeholder relationships.
- You will build a robust sales pipeline and forecast new bookings efficiently to meet business targets.
- You will work closely with the leadership and team to complete the sales cycle and close deals.
- You will collaborate in developing the systems, materials, and resources necessary for business development, including proposals, presentations, and serving offerings to win work.
- Gather market intelligence, including information on clients and competitors in the Workplace Market Sector, industry trends, future projects, etc.
- Generate and track leads and forecast your sales efforts to create new bookings.
- Develop and take part in pitches and other presentations that meet the client's needs and expectations.
- Represent Livspace by targeting potential clients, Interior Designers, Developers, project partners, and collaborators; identifying opportunities; building relationships; and creating direct and indirect advocacy affiliations to expand Livespace's competitive position.
What we Expect:
- You are a goal oriented Sales/BD professional with experience of managing complex sales cycles with B2B and B2C selling process to multinational companies.
- You have achieved quota/annual targets in your previous roles
- You have an engaging personality with excellent communication skills
- You have experience working in Interior Design firms selling "Office Interiors Design & Build" services.
- In addition to experience within the real estate facilities and/or "corporate workplace" market sector, this position requires strategic thinking, quick problem-solving skills, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, digital media experience, and real business acumen.
- Undergraduate or graduate degree in business, marketing, or another field relevant to this role, with a minimum of 2-3 years of sales/ business development experience.
- Knowledge of the Workplace Market Sector in Asia-Pacific including competitive positioning and strategy.
