Job Description:
As an Operations Lead, you will oversee the complete lifecycle of projects from initiation to execution, taking full ownership and responsibility.
Your role will involve keeping clients informed with necessary updates, coordinating with manpower agencies to ensure timely resource allocation, and fostering effective communication among all project stakeholders.
You will prepare formal progress reports, build professional relationships with design professionals, vendors, and clients, and ensure high standards of execution and customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and manage the project lifecycle from initiation to execution, ensuring all activities are on track and clients are kept informed of project status.
- Coordinate with manpower agencies to ensure appropriate resources are assigned and work is completed on time.
- Facilitate communication and teamwork among all project stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
- Establish and prepare formal reporting arrangements on project progress, including Weekly Progress Reports.
- Engage with design professionals, vendors, and clients, directing the installation team to execute work according to the design plan.
- Work closely with functional teams to ensure high standards of execution and enhance the customer experience.
Skills and Expertise:
- Educational Qualifications: B.Tech (Civil/Architecture) from Tier 1 or Tier 2 colleges.
- Alternative qualifications include B.Tech (Civil/Architecture) + MBA from RICS or NICMAR.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of work experience in executing Corporate/Residential interior fitout projects.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and efficiently.
- Project Management: Strong understanding and demonstrated aptitude in basic project management principles.
- Attention to Detail: Extreme attention to detail with a no-compromise attitude towards quality.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Word, Excel/GSheets.
- Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal and multitasking skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
- Entrepreneurial Zeal: Demonstrates ownership and an entrepreneurial approach to project management
