JOB DESCRIPTION:
- The Talent Acquisition Manager will be responsible for overseeing the full-cycle recruitment process and developing strategies to attract, hire, and retain top talent.
- This role involves collaborating with department heads, and ensuring alignment between business goals and hiring needs.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruiting in apparel / retail / soft furnishing industry, excellent leadership abilities, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies: Design and execute creative talent acquisition plans to attract top candidates.
- Collaborate with hiring managers: Partner with department heads and hiring managers to understand workforce needs and build efficient and effective hiring processes.
- Source and attract top talent: Use a variety of sourcing techniques including social media, job boards, networking, and direct outreach to engage potential candidates.
- Oversee full-cycle recruitment: Manage the end-to-end hiring process, from job posting and sourcing to interviewing, selection, and onboarding.
- Employer branding: Promote the company- s employer brand and improve its visibility in the job market to attract top talent.
- Data analysis and reporting: Track and analyze key recruiting metrics (e. , time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, candidate pipeline, etc. ) and use insights to improve processes.
- Collaborate on talent development and retention: Work closely with HR teams to align recruitment with retention strategies and employee development initiatives.
- Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies: Negotiate contracts and oversee the performance of external recruiting agencies as needed.
EXPERTISE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduation in HR / IR or Post Graduation in HR preferred
- 5-7 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR software.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze recruiting metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Creative problem-solving skills and adaptability to shifting priorities.
- Expertise in hiring for apparel / retail / soft furnishing industry preferred.
