Marketing Manager - Delhi
Drives execution, On-Ground experience, Local knowledge of Delhi-NCR
Job Description:
Conduct ground level marketing activities in Delhi-NCR, to understand consumer needs and market dynamics and successfully implement Livspace campaigns.
Identify key localities, residential properties and local business & develop hyper local marketing & branding/advertising plans.
Provide customer feedback to Livspace to enhance customer experience through events & activities
Execute advertising & communication through corridor marketing, OOH, print & other media vehicles.
Execute & manage branding initiatives at Livspace sites & prospective residential properties which act as sources for lead generation.
Manage photo shoots for finished projects - Hiring freelance photographers & stylists and coordinating with Livspace designers and project managers to execute a target number of photoshoots each month.
Execute local referral programs with builder marketing managers, brokers, customer evangelists and Livspace internal employees.
Solve on ground issues as and when required.
Skills & Requirements:
Must have excellent communication & presentation skills
Must be able to garner partner-relationships.
Should be open to travelling within the city for executing marketing activities
1-2 years of experience with a role that requires high level of energy & planning
On ground sales/market development experience is preferred.
Education:
We are looking for folks from tier one institute (IIM / IIT / ISB).
