Job Description:
- Establishing growth metrics & defining KPI's to track progress
- Developing and executing growth strategies
- Create and execute deliverables that help inform the ideal experiences for users.
- This could include items such as website audits, web analytics reviews, user journeys analysis.
- Designing campaigns that improve business performance by understanding Google analytics & business data.
- Analyze campaign outcomes in detail, drawing insights and presenting results clearly to facilitate sound decision making and next steps.
- Online leads to qualified lead (End-to-End) conversion rates improvement through channels such as Whatsapp, chatbot, email, or IVR.
- Manage and optimize landing pages, website calls-to-action (CTAs), and lead-generating forms.
- Experience influencing and communicating product offers to customers, prospects, and sales professionals.
- Develop a content strategy to acquire more marketing qualified leads by creating, designing, and testing content.
- Identifying & implementing marketing technology stack
Job Requirement:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Knowledge about Digital Marketing, Google & Meta Campaigns
- Expert in using Google Analytics data for (Google Analytics 4 is a plus)
- Data-driven mindset with proficiency in marketing analytics tools.
- Knowledge and hands-on experience with popular marketing automation and sales automation systems, particularly Salesforce.com
- Critical-thinker and problem-solver
- Self-motivated and driven with a willingness to learn and constantly expand knowledge and skills.
