Livspace - Manager - Business Development

As a Business Development Manager - Retail Leasing, you will be required to onboard retail properties within the specified qualified catchments and ideal space, commercial attributes .

The role would entail the following responsibilities:

- Ground Survey for Inventory within qualified catchments

- Connect with Local Consultant's, IPC's, Landlords & Leasing Heads at Malls for potential inventory

- Conduct rental benchmarking of neighboring properties

- Conduct sales benchmarking of neighboring brands

- Conduct due diligence to ensure proper approvals, permissions and property titles are in place

- Gather necessary data about the property such as plans, layouts, property tax receipt's OC's, CC's BU's, electricity bills etc.

- Negotiate with landlords & mall management on property prices and lease / leave & license terms.

- Prepare the Property Presentation for approval of top management as per pre specified ppt format

- Prepare and close LOI's with Landlords

Required Skillset

- Bachelor's/Master's Degree

- 3 to 6 Years of Previous experience in a similar role with a leading brand or IPC is a must

- Must be willing to travel pan India extensively
