As Head, Planning & Production - Modular you will:

- Own planning to production of modular products (Kitchen, Wardrobe, Storages) for various contract manufacturing across India

- Analyse demand and forecast raw material across multiple contract manufacturing units

- Own strategic sourcing of raw materials and tri-party pricing contracts

- Perform inventory planning & control and manage production schedule as per FIFO methods

- Focus on improving customer experience by improving quality levels, decreasing production times, and minimizing costs

- Understand bottlenecks and solve them across the supply-chain

- Contribute actively to business decisions through both qualitative inputs and quantitative analysis

Ideal candidate profile :

Qualification: B.Tech or equivalent degree from a tier 1 college (IIT or equivalent top bachelor degree, MBA from IIM/ISB preferred)

- Typically spent 3-5 years in operations role focused on inventory management, material sourcing, manufacturing processes improvement

- Strong understanding of material sourcing, supplier relations, negotiating contracts and manufacturing processes

- Structured thought process and strong analytical ability

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment

- Preferred industry experience: Modular kitchen, Modular work-stations, Automotive, Furniture
