Roles and Responsibilities:
Conversion & Retention Strategy:
- Define and implement a short- and long-term vision for each stage of the customer lifecycle, focusing on conversion and retention.
- Develop a strategic roadmap to achieve customer acquisition, lead nurturing, and retention goals.
Marketing Automation Management:
- Design, implement, and oversee marketing automation workflows through tools like HubSpot, including email, WhatsApp, and calling campaigns to guide leads through the sales funnel.
- Continuously monitor and optimize the performance of automation campaigns to maximize ROI and conversion rates.
Data Management & Analysis:
- Segment and maintain the marketing database for targeted campaigns, ensuring data accuracy and relevance.
- Analyze metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, and booking rates, leveraging insights to improve campaign strategies.
Customer Journey Optimization:
- Collaborate with data teams to evaluate the effectiveness of acquisition and retention campaigns, focusing on enhancing the end-to-end customer experience.
Stakeholder Collaboration & Training:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and implement opportunities for automation, communication improvements, and cost reduction.
- Train and mentor the marketing team on automation best practices, ensuring successful delivery of campaigns across channels.
Content Development & Alignment:
- Partner with content creators to produce relevant and engaging materials for nurturing campaigns.
- Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and resonates with target audiences across email, WhatsApp, SMS, and other channels.
Key Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. (MBA will be a plus)
- 5+ years of experience in marketing automation, lead nurturing, and retention marketing in a B2C technology environment.
- Proficiency in setting up and managing automated campaigns across channels (email, WhatsApp, SMS) and experience with tools like HubSpot.
- Hands-on experience with web tracking tools such as Google Analytics and Mixpanel.
- Strong analytical skills to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Proven ability to pivot quickly in high-growth settings and make data-driven decisions under tight deadlines.
- Strategic mindset with a focus on long-term customer acquisition and retention.
- Excellent communication, project management, and multitasking skills
