As an Associate General Manager - Sales, you will own the P&L of the micro territory within a larger geography and drive profitability.
- You will run and manage the daily Sales operations for your micro territory and monitor the daily / weekly sales conversion funnel and drive improvements to funnel shape and deliver monthly targets.
- Drive Sales through a highly skilled team of business managers to ensure the best possible TATs and CSAT is delivered to the customer.
- Work on projects to optimise cost, drive efficiency in the sales funnel.
- Drive productivity of the business managers.
- Own the hiring and training of talent to build a highly motivated and trained team.
- Build a team on strong fundamentals and vision of Livspace.
- Work closely with senior leadership on new initiatives and central programs.
EXPERTISE AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor- s degree
- Seasoned entrepreneur / P&L owner with 4+ years of experience in fast-paced, high growth setups.
- Should have managed teams.
- Strong bias for action, customer centricity and deep-dive traits.
- Hunger and drive to learn and grow in a fast paced and high energy environment.
- Willing to take up challenging problem statements and come-up with elegant and scalable solutions
- Strong first principle thinking and data driven decision making is at the heart of your problem solving approach.
