Job Description :
- As a Business Manager - Sales at Livspace, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and managing the sales funnel.
- You will lead a team of 6 to 10 designers, ensuring that sales targets are met consistently.
- Your role will involve managing customer relationships, enhancing customer experience, and training designers to achieve their sales goals.
Key Responsibilities :
Sales Funnel Management :
- Own and manage the sales funnel to achieve a higher conversion rate.
Target Achievement :
- Drive the achievement of 12 to 15 project bookings per month through your team.
Customer Experience :
- Ensure exceptional customer experience and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Team Training :
- Train and enable designers to meet their sales targets and excel in their roles.
Expertise and Qualifications :
Education :
- Bachelor's degree in B-Arch, B-Tech, Commerce, or any specialization MBA from Tier 2 institutes preferred.
Experience :
- 5+ years of work experience in Business Development and Growth.
- 3+ years of experience in B2C Sales.
Skills :
- Strong sales acumen and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and relationship management abilities.
- Ability to drive a team towards achieving sales targets and deliver a high standard of customer service.
