- As the Business Manager - Sales, you will be responsible for owning and driving the entire sales funnel, ensuring successful sales closure and achieving monthly targets.
- You will lead a team of 6 to 10 designers, managing the sales process to achieve high conversion rates and meet project goals.
- Your role will involve training, customer relationship management, and driving sales performance to secure 12 to 15 projects per month.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the sales funnel to optimize conversion rates and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Ensure effective tracking and management of sales activities to drive project bookings and closures.
- Target and secure 12 to 15 projects per month by actively seeking new project opportunities and managing the pipeline effectively.
- Collaborate with the design team to ensure project requirements are met and deadlines are achieved.
- Address customer concerns and feedback to enhance satisfaction and drive repeat business.
- Train and mentor designers to enhance their sales skills and capabilities.
- Enable team members to achieve their individual and collective sales targets through guidance and support.
- Track and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Implement strategies to boost sales performance and achieve targets.
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in B-Arch, B-Tech, Commerce, or any related field.
- A Master's degree or MBA (Tier 2) is preferred.
Experience:
- 5+ years of work experience in business development and growth, with a proven track record in B2C sales.
- 3+ years of experience specifically in B2C sales environments, demonstrating the ability to drive results and manage sales teams effectively.
- Strong understanding of sales funnel management and conversion optimization.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and train team members.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and manage customer relationships effectively.
- Strong analytical skills to monitor and improve sales performance metrics
