Job Description :


- As a Business Manager - Sales, you will take ownership of the sales funnel and drive sales closures, working towards achieving monthly sales targets through a team of 6 to 10 designers.

- You will be responsible for managing the sales process to improve conversion rates, ensuring the booking of 12 to 15 projects each month, and maintaining high standards of customer experience and relationship management.

- Additionally, you will train and support designers to help them achieve their sales targets.

Key Responsibilities :

Sales Funnel Management :


- Oversee and manage the sales funnel to ensure a higher conversion rate and successful project closures.

Project Targets :


- Achieve a target of 12 to 15 new project bookings per month.

Customer Experience :


- Ensure excellent customer experience and effective relationship management throughout the sales process.

Team Management :


- Lead and train a team of 6 to 10 designers to enhance their sales skills and help them meet their targets.

Training and Development :


- Provide ongoing training and support to designers to drive performance and achieve sales goals.

Skills and Expertise :

Education :


- Bachelor's degree in B-Arch, B-Tech, Commerce, or any relevant specialization.

- A Master's degree or MBA from a Tier 2 institution is preferred.

Experience :


- Minimum of 5 years of work experience in business development and growth, with at least 3 years of experience in B2C sales.

Sales Skills :


- Proven ability to manage a sales funnel, drive sales closures, and achieve targets.

Team Leadership :


- Strong leadership skills with experience in managing and training a sales team.

Customer Focus :


- Excellent customer experience and relationship management skills.
