Job Description:
- As a Business Manager - Sales, you will be responsible for owning the sales funnel and driving sales closure.
- Your key objective will be to achieve monthly sales targets on projects through a team of 6 to 10 designers.
- You will manage the sales funnel to ensure a higher conversion rate and aim to achieve 12 to 15 project bookings each month.
- Additionally, you will be responsible for ensuring a positive customer experience and managing customer relationships.
- Training designers to ensure they meet their sales targets is also a crucial part of this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the sales funnel and drive sales closure.
- Achieve monthly sales targets on projects through a team of 6 to 10 designers.
- Manage the sales funnel to achieve a higher conversion rate.
- Target and achieve 12 to 15 projects per month by ensuring new project bookings.
- Responsible for customer experience and relationship management.
- Train designers to ensure sales and enable them to achieve their targets.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B-Arch preferred); an MBA is a plus.
- If holding a different degree, relevant industry experience is required.
- 5+ years of relevant work experience in B2C Business Development and Growth.
- Minimum of 12 months of managerial experience leading a team.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing customer relationships
