- As a Business Manager - Design and Operations, you will play a key role in supporting franchise owners and their teams by managing sales, design processes, and operational communication.
- Your goal is to drive efficiency, ensure quality, and enhance customer satisfaction while managing multiple projects and teams across multiple stores.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Sales and Funnel Management: Assist franchise partners in optimizing sales funnels to achieve higher conversion rates.
- Project Management: Oversee the design of 12-15 projects monthly, ensuring timely and quality delivery.
- Team Leadership: Manage the work output of partners and teams across five stores.
- Talent Acquisition: Support partners in hiring Interior Designers by conducting technical interviews.
- Training and Development: Train designers to deliver consistent sales and design performance.
- Customer Relationship Management: Enhance the customer experience and maintain strong client relationships.
- Market Feedback Collaboration: Work with category and cross-functional teams to gather and act on market insights.
- Performance Management: Guide the design and site delivery teams, ensuring efficient project completion and high performance.
- Vendor and Partner Coordination: Oversee vendor and business partner collaboration for seamless project execution.
Skills and Qualifications Required:
Educational Background:
- Degree in Architecture or Interior Design.
- Business Mangement
- Post-graduate qualification in Project Management or Construction Management, Business management preferably from a Tier I institute.
Experience:
- Minimum 5 years in the building construction industry.
- Familiarity with trades and subcontractors relevant to interior fit-outs.
Technical Expertise:
- Proficient in adopting digital tools and technology for project management.
Personal Attributes:
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction.
- Excellent under pressure and capable of managing multiple priorities effectively
