- As an Associate General Manager - Sales, you will own the P&L of the micro territory within a larger geography and drive profitability.
- You will run and manage the daily Sales operations for your micro territory and monitor the daily / weekly sales conversion funnel and drive improvements to funnel shape and deliver monthly targets.
- Drive Sales through a highly skilled team of business managers to ensure the best possible TATs and CSAT is delivered to the customer.
- Work on projects to optimise cost, drive efficiency in the sales funnel.
- Drive productivity of the business managers.
- Own the hiring and training of talent to build a highly motivated and trained team.
- Build a team on strong fundamentals and vision of Livspace.
- Work closely with senior leadership on new initiatives and central programs
