Principal Accountabilities
The most important end-results for which an employee would be held responsible at the end of the year
- Ensure Proactive engagement with the clients and agencies in the respective market for his/her team, aid understanding of their communication requirements to optimise sales and development efforts.
- Improve the depth and breadth of the client/s for participation in our portfolio of assets.
- Revenue maximisation of the properties owned and marketed by Fame Box
- Sponsorship Sales and property sales
Key Decisions
The decisions, which are taken at this position, which have an impact on the business and processes:
Conceptualizing Brand solutions for clients and ideating on and decoding briefs by clients
Structuring customized properties & deals for clients
Closure of deals with clients
Leading and motivating the team to maximize results and achieve targets
Appraising the team with inputs regarding the market, clients, their budgets, competition etc.
Competencies Required
The knowledge, skills and abilities would be required. As also how these may typically, have been acquired (e.g. experience, training, special abilities)
Ability to build excellent relationships with external constituents - experience and being a people's person
Ability to gauge the potential in prospects- experience
