1) Liaising with Accounting and Marketing Teams for After-Sales support
2) Ensuring CRM database/software are organized and up-to-date
3) Process Shopify sales orders and invoices
4) Utilize Google Forms to request invoices and shipments
5) Provide the highest level of customer service
6) Organize distributor information and certifications
7) Identifying, communicating, and resolving opportunities for improvements
8) Providing the highest level of customer service via welcome, introductory, and follow-up emails
9) Strong organizational skill-set
10) Candidate should be willing to work in US Shift (7 pm till 4 AM) 6 days a week.
11) Candidate should be excellent in excel and MS-office.
12) Candidate should be self-motivated and hard-working.
13) Industry best compensation between Rs.6L to Rs.9L depending on the candidature.
