What we are looking for in the candidate: 1. A post-graduate from a premier institute who has graduated in 2022 or later
2. Be data-driven with the ability to sift through data & identify opportunities
3. Skilled at managing relationships with stakeholders across the board
4. Ability to conceptualize new initiatives backed by data driven hypothesis and drive execution
5. Obsession with customer satisfaction which should be at the heart of all initiatives
6. Ability to be an individual contributor as well as work with teams across functions where required
7. Experience in working with Insurance and Employee benefits companies is a plus.
What will your primary responsibilities be:1. Establish and nurture relationships with partner organisations
2. Plan corporate outreach activities & events in conjunction with the partner companies
3. Drive new customer acquisition through thoughtful and well designed corporate outreach campaigns
4. Coordinate with teams across Tech, Ops and Marketing to successfully execute corporate events
5. Work with Head of Partnerships (Co-Founder) to bring more partners onboard
6. Collaborate with internal stakeholders for the formulation of strategies and plans for growth.
7. Identify opportunities to offer new products to our partners and customers.
