Responsibility :
- Manage Creative Team, right from concept to creation of all projects within deadlines and ensure optimum client satisfaction
- Translate brand brief and strategy into inspiring creative ideas and campaigns to kick off and drive campaigns and pitches
- Delivering strategic communication solutions that help our clients attain their marketing and communications objectives
- Monitors overall quality of organizational creative output and provides direction and leadership.
- Add innovation & skills set in the company to make production more efficient.
- Prepare/deliver presentations representing the creative with in-depth knowledge of why choices are being made.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience in Project management.
- Proficient in 3D & Graphic design skills & tools.
- Good experience in concept creation (Sketching & Painting)
- Strong portfolio including graphics & illustration based work, conceptual thinking, understanding of layouts & usage of colors, good sense of typography and design.
- Hands-on approach to developing creative standards.
- Proven knowledge of desktop publishing skills.
