Investor Relations Role

Responsibilities:

M&A, Post-merger integration, Investor Relations:

- Evaluation of potential opportunities, market research and analysis

- Financial statement analysis and preparing financial models

- Conduct due diligence on target entities for M&A.

- Post Merger integration activities

- Project management of the M&A/fundraise activities: collaborating with investment bankers, lenders, and other relevant stakeholders.

- Collaborate with the Business team to assist in preparing business plans aligned with strategic goals.

- Prepare comprehensive Board Meeting Decks, including subsidiary meetings.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field. MBA and CA preferred.

- Proven experience in investor relations, fundraising, M&A, and cash flow optimization.

- Strong financial modeling and project management skills.

- Excellent collaboration and communication skills.

- Ability to work cross-functionally with different teams.

- Analytical mindset with attention to detail.

- Proficient in preparing and delivering presentations.
