Assistant Manager / Manager - Digital Marketing
Role:
- Develop and execute strategies to augment and accelerate Little Black Book's growth in users through online marketing (SEM, SEO, Social Media, Affiliate)
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
- Manage paid advertising campaigns on channels like Google AdWords, Facebook Ads, etc.
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Conceptualize creative content for text and display ads to maximize CTRs of campaigns
- Consumer insights: analyse trends in reader behaviour; leverage results to inform the marketing strategy and execution
- Actively create opportunities online that accelerate LBB's growth
Requirements :
- A self motivated, diligent person, who can own a project from start to finish while being a collaborative team player
- Able to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic set up and learn new skills on the go, without sacrificing quality of work
- Data-driven marketer who never loses sight of the consumer
- Executes daily tasks with efficiency and speed while keeping the high-level strategy top of mind
Brownie points :
- Experience in managing PPC advertising on Adwords and/or Facebook Power Editor
- Solid knowledge of website analytics tools such as Google Analytics writing skills
- Jack of all trades

Location:
- Our head office is in Delhi and we have opened operations in Bangalore in September. For this role we are open to talent in either of these locations. Your supervisor will be based in Delhi though.
