Individual Contributor Role

Seeking a seasoned BD / Sales Manager with experience in Technology / SAAS product. (Mandatory)

1) Incumbent will be responsible for Acquisition of New Accounts / clients and should be proficient in dealing with CXO Level prospective clients.

2) Must identify prospects and new customers through strategic partners in an assigned geographic territory.

3) Lead negotiations, coordinate complex decision-making process, and overcome objections to capture new business opportunities

4) Solution Selling to key stakeholders of the client based on Value Proposition and Consulting Sales approach.

5) Conceive & create domain specific products/solutions offerings and build capabilities

6) Partner with technology & solutions team to deliver holistic consulting solutions.

7) Influence decisions and change management through collaboration, leadership and a customer - focused approach.

8) Create a great first impression to our prospects and customers, as well as build a pipeline.

9) Maintain active engagement with new and existing leads through creative follow-up communications designed to increase customer interest.

10) Maintain a thorough follow-up with prospects and customers.

11) Creating presentations, proposals and other sales & account management material.
