Responsibilities
- Accountable for revenue, collections and client happiness for allocated accounts
- Solution selling to CXO level enterprise stakeholders to acquire new accounts
- Grow existing accounts by identifying and closing new/additional sources of revenue
- Lead complex negotiation and commercial processes with clients
- Reports to the regional director
Education & Experience
- Frontline Enterprise sales experience of at least 5 years in India Market.
- MBA from Tier 1/Tier 2 Institutes preferred
- Go-getter with a proven record of quota achievement
Knowledge, Skills & Attributes
- Client Presence and ability to control discussions
- Ability to formulate a strategy for client acquisition and growth
- Ability to work hard with high level of responsiveness
- Good Networking Skills - ability to build deep relationships with clients
- Disciplined adherence to a sales process
