1.Should have personally appeared in the suits before Civil Courts, Criminal Courts and Revenue Authorities

2. Sound Knowledge of Civil Procedure Code, Indian Penal Code, Criminal Procedure Code, Evidence Act, Maharashtra Land Revenue Code, Maharashtra Tenancy & Agricultural Lands Act

3. Drafting of Letters, Notices, Replies, Plaint, Petitions, Written Statements, Evidence, Appeals, Revisions, Review, Applications, Affidavits, etc. w.r.t. Litigation

4. Drafting of Letters / Replies to Police Authorities

5. Sound Knowledge of MS Word and Excel

6. Should be flexible to travel to Courts at Thane, Kalyan, Ulhasnagar, Bhivandi and Panvel

7, should have passed LLB
