IP (Patent) Litigation

Areas Of Responsibility :

- FTO searches & preparing evaluation reports.

- Pre-PIF assessments.

- Timely support to Portfolio, Business Development, R & D, PMO, and Regulatory teams.

- New Product Opportunity Identification - based on IP scenarios.

- Monitoring of IP updates, Competitive Intelligence and regulatory developments.

- to draft and write or amend Draft Patent Claims, Analytical Memos on statutory provisions pertaining to patents.

- We invite applications from candidates interested in diverse exposure in patent litigation practice.

- Preference will be given to candidates who have experience in pharmaceutical patent litigation.

- Candidates must have technical background, excellent drafting skills, attention to details, and can handle fast-paced deliverables with ease.

Qualification :

- B.pharma/ M.pharm

- Experience 1-7 Years in IPR Law firms in patent litigation.
