Litigation Lawyer - Securitisation / IBC/DRT

Job Responsibilities:

- Provide legal advice and guidance on debt securitization, IBC matters, asset reconstruction, and project financing to clients.

- Conduct legal research and analysis on relevant laws, regulations, and precedents.

- Draft and review legal documents, agreements, and contracts related to debt securitization, project financing, and asset reconstruction.

- Represent clients in the court proceedings related to insolvency and debt recovery matters, particularly before DRT, NCLT and NCLAT.

- Stay updated on changes and developments in relevant laws, regulations, and industry practices.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's/PG degree in law from a recognized institution.

- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in debt securitization, IBC matters, asset reconstruction, and project financing.

- Sound knowledge of Indian laws and regulations related to insolvency, debt recovery, and project financing.

- Experience in dealing with asset reconstruction companies, financial institutions, and corporate clients.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

- Membership in the Bar Council of India is mandatory.
