Litigation Lawyer - Real Estate - LLB

About role : An opportunity to work with a Real Estate firm. We are looking for enthusiastic, multi-faceted lawyers who thrive working in a collaborative team environment. Someone who is willing to work hard. The candidate should at least have 5-8 years of experience in litigation or real estate matters.

Reporting to: Chairman

Minimum Qualification: LLB

Job Description:

1) Drafting

2) Reviewing legal documents based on real estate affairs along with appearing before courts.

3) Conduct research & analysis of legal problems.

4) Should be able to communicate smoothly with the clients, colleagues, judges, & others involved in the case.

5) Advise & represent clients in courts before government agencies, & in private legal matters.

6) The candidate will be sitting in the chairman's office.

7) Should be smart & proactive. Can work with a small team but also take charge & work independently if need be.

8) Should have appeared before Gurgaon Lower Court or any court in Delhi.
