Litigation Lawyer - Electricity & Regulatory - LLB

General Litigation

- Drafting and amending pleadings as well as appearing before courts, statutory tribunals, and arbitral tribunals

- Regulatory litigation

- Suits, writs, commercial litigation

- Arbitration - both domestic and international

- Experience in laws pertaining to infrastructure, construction, electricity, real estate will be given preference

Litigation under Electricity Laws

- Drafting petitions, appeals, applications for filing before APTEL, CERC, State Electricity Regulatory Commissions, District Courts, High Courts, and the Supreme Court

- Appearing before APTEL, CERC, State Regulatory Electricity Commissions, District Courts, High Courts, and the Supreme Court

- Advisory experience in the electricity domain in all relevant areas, including PPA, LTOA, change in law and tariff related issues

- Knowledge of the power sector in general and electricity laws in particular is essential

- Experience in relation to generation and transmission related disputes will be given preference

LLB with 6-7 years of experience in Electricity disputes in law firms is required.
