A leading Mumbai based law firm is looking for lawyers -Practice Area: Litigation Practice

A brief JD is as follows-

- Should have represented and appeared on behalf of leading corporates, financial institutions, individuals and real estate developers on various contentious matters before the Bombay High Court [both original side and appellate side], Consumer Courts, Small causes Court, City Civil Court, Appellate Authority, CLB, DRT , Labour Tribunals

- Should possess adequate skills of drafting and vetting of pleadings, writ petitions, recovery suits, suits seeking injunctive reliefs, plaints, written statements, testamentary petitions, affidavits and sale deeds.

- Planning, strategizing and advising in relation to diverse matters like domestic and international dispute resolution matters; family matters, arbitration proceedings, property disputes Corporate Commercial litigation, Copyright matters.

- Briefing and liaising with Counsels

- Enrolled with Bar Council of Mumbai

- Should possess high proficiency in written and oral communication in English, Hindi and Marathi.
