Role Overview :

- We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee and optimize our daily operations.

- Budget Management: Oversee departmental budgets, forecasting expenses, and managing resources effectively.

- Customer Focus: Ensure that customer service standards are met and continuously improved.

- Compliance: Ensure that all operations comply with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.

Required Qualifications :

- Bachelor's/master's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.

- 5+ years of experience in operations management or a similar role.

- Proven experience in leading teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
