LiquiLoans - Manager - Finance

- We are looking for a strategic and analytical Finance Manager to join our team.

- The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing financial planning, budgeting, and reporting, while providing insights to drive business performance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and manage the company's financial planning and analysis processes.

- Prepare accurate financial reports, forecasts, and budgets to inform strategic decisions.

- Monitor financial performance against budgets and provide actionable insights to senior management.

- Oversee cash flow management, ensuring sufficient liquidity for operations and investments.

- Conduct financial modeling and scenario analysis to support business initiatives.

- Collaborate with department heads to ensure alignment of financial goals and objectives.

- Manage and mentor the finance team, providing guidance and support as needed.

- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.

- Liaise with external auditors and tax advisors to facilitate audits and tax filings.

- Identify opportunities for cost reduction and revenue enhancement.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; Master's degree or CPA preferred.

- 4-5 years of experience in finance management or a related role.

- Strong knowledge of financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting.

- Proficient in financial software and Microsoft Excel.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Strong leadership and team management abilities.

- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
