We are currently on the hunt for a Co-founder who can bring their expertise to join our new venture of Intellectual Property division at Lineup Experiences. This presents a unique opportunity for someone with a passion for unique festival events Intellectual Property (IP) and a drive to contribute to the growth of a thriving venture.

Role Description:

This is a hybrid role for a Co-founder with Investment at a new event IP venture of Lineup Experiences. As Co-founder, you will collaborate with other executives to make critical business decisions, develop scalable growth strategies, and forge strong customer relationships. You will drive fundraising and capital strategies to secure funding from investors, lead investor meetings, and develop financial models to support and maintain healthy growth. You will need to establish business operations, processes, and infrastructure. You will work closely with the operations and technical team, ensuring they are aligned with the business goals, and enhance the overall vision and mission of the organization.

- This is an equity-only role.

- Looking for a mature and energetic person.

- Shall be at a point where he wants to try out something new or entrepreneurial and can invest time into it.

- Any experience in the early-stage startup side will be a big plus.

- The current co-founders are mature business professionals with quality education, work experience in India and abroad, and entrepreneurial exposure.

- They can grow the venture, open doors, and bring in investors. They are looking to add an experienced investor as a cofounder.

- Build on the vision for the organisation by technology being an enabler

- Identify new opportunities and develop products and processes in line with cutting edge technologies

- Vendor identification, negotiations and relationship management

- Deploy, develop and implement solutions in a cost-efficient manner

Previous Co-Founder Experience: Someone who has been a co-founder in the past for a startup, even if it didn't achieve the desired success.

Event and Tech Savvy: An event aficionado with a deep understanding of the industry is preferable but not mandatory. We need someone who can navigate the latest trends, help formulate exceptional product, and deliver results.

Entrepreneurial Spirit: You have a knack for innovation, creative problem-solving and the ability to spot untapped opportunities.

Business Acumen: From financial planning to marketing strategies, your ability to navigate the complexities of entrepreneurship will be invaluable.

Team Player: We're looking for someone who thrives in a team environment, values diverse perspectives, and brings a positive, can-do attitude.

Corporate Professional Turned Entrepreneur: Minimum 3-4 years of experience in the corporate industry

Entrepreneurship Skills: High ambitions to transition into an entrepreneurial role

Visionary: A resilient individual with a wealth of experience and lessons learned by investing into one or multiple start-ups

Financial Rewards: As our Event IP brand flourishes, so too will your financial rewards. We're in this to succeed, and you'll be right there reaping the benefits. The investment amount that the Co-Founder must invest can be between 50Lac - 75Lac for an equity 5%-8%.
