Position Overview:
- We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Enterprise Sales Manager to join our dynamic team.
- In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our footprint within the enterprise segment.
- You will leverage your strategic thinking, sales expertise, and strong relationship-building skills to secure partnerships with key decision-makers in large enterprises.
Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy Development:
- Formulate and execute robust sales strategies to penetrate the enterprise market, targeting large-scale businesses that align with LimeTray's solutions.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Cultivate and sustain strong relationships with C-suite executives and key stakeholders within target enterprises, thoroughly understanding their business needs to position LimeTray's offerings effectively.
Pipeline Management:
- Manage the sales pipeline with a focus on accurate forecasting and timely progression of deals.
- Implement best practices for lead generation, qualification, and conversion.
Strategic Collaboration:
- Partner with internal teams such as marketing, product development, and customer success to ensure alignment of sales strategies with broader business goals.
- Explore and establish strategic partnerships that enhance LimeTray's market presence.
Sales Performance Analysis:
- Monitor, analyze, and report on key sales metrics, including revenue targets, pipeline health, and customer engagement.
- Utilize data-driven insights to refine sales strategies and improve overall sales performance.
Requirements:
- Proven track record in enterprise sales within the B2B SaaS industry, with at least 2+ years of relevant experience.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with senior-level executives and decision-makers.
- Strong strategic thinking and the ability to craft and execute complex sales strategies in a competitive environment.
- Expertise in pipeline management, forecasting, and sales performance analysis.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or equivalent qualification preferred.
- Proficiency with CRM tools (e. , Salesforce) and other sales enablement software.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and represent LimeTray at industry events
