Job responsibilities include the following:  Collaborate with Vendors in their seasonal development and execution of merchandising and ensure the entire range is available online with us.  Generate business analysis to track selling, identify key trends, correct pricing and maximize opportunities in the assortment in order to achieve continued growth and profitability for Vendor and Company.  Develop tools & measure to scale and make the maximum items on the site highly productive.  Work closely with Vendor's Planning team to develop and give indicative seasonal plans, pricing of merchandising and promotional strategies.  Aggressively drive the business by identifying opportunities and developing action plans to maximize best results through reorders, challenging business partners and status quo.  Partner with Vendor team to prepare selling hindsight's on weekly, monthly, quarterly, seasonal basis. Use information learned to communicate opportunities and action upon the needs of the business to management and Vendor team in order to drive results for the business.  Responsible for communicating merchandising strategies to all Vendor partners to ensure that goals are met/surpassed on regular basis.  Recommend timely markdowns on goods and reorders on best sellers. Share insight and opinion based on experience and analysis in order to grow and impact business.  Highly Analytical with Excellent written presentation and oral communication skills.  Location: Delhi  Basic Qualifications  Engineering from IIT   MBA from top Bschool with 6+ years of work experience.  Process definition and optimization skills; ability to define effective, efficient, and scalable processes and drive continuous improvement through root cause identification and defect elimination.  Ability to analyze data and good problem solving skills.  Direct people management experience of 2+ years.   Critical Competencies:  Action Oriented - enjoys working hard and is full of energy for the things he/s sees as a challenge  Drive for Results - can be counted on to achieve goals successfully  Problem Solving - good at figuring out the processes necessary to get things done and knows what to measure and how to measure it  Highly Analytical
