- Role Description. This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Operations Manager. The Sales Operations Manager is responsible for managing the sales operations process, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and managing customer satisfaction metrics.
- The Sales Operations Manager will also develop strategies to improve sales processes, generate and analyse business data, and communicate data insights
- Handling inbound customer inquiries.
- Pre-qualifying inquiries.. Scheduling client appointments at our experience center.. Following up with customers to close orders
- Processing order closure documents and coordinating.. Coordinating with the design team for order closure.. Qualifications. Analytical Skills, Operations Management, and Communication skills. Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills.
- Experience in data analysis and generating business insights. Strong project management skills and the ability to manage cross-functional teams. Highly detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. Experience in the design and/or outdoor space industry is a plus
