Lifestyle International - Senior Manager - Project Design - Home Centre

Provide support in delivering on new and existing store fit-outs, concept requirements, new design identity and execution in collaboration with the relevant stakeholders for Home Centre

Project Design and Delivery :

- Provide support in updating the base drawing based on the SDR site data before starting the zoning layout

- Create the complete store docket as per the zoning layout, VM and concept requirements

- Address specific requirements from the concept

- Create the common area drawings as per the defined requirements and standards

- Create and maintain catalogues for elevations, partitions, wall paper, wall color and finishes along with the costing details

- Prepare the renovation proposal drawing in coordination with the design manager

- Understand, align and deliver projects in line with the project delivery schedules (budgeted and non-budgeted)

- Generate fixture BOQs as per defined norms

- Coordinate with main suppliers for the order processing

- Deliver on the SAS concept requirements as applicable

- Follow up with all the stakeholders (Project Execution, IT, Marketing, VM, Regional Retail, Regional Commercial, Import, Health & Safety and Developers) to deliver the project in line with the LOA terms & schedule

- Provide support to the non-concept design manager for execution as needed

- Adhere to the project closure process

- Undertake competition study with reference to look and feel of competition stores, fixtures and processes and share the same

Project Database Creation :

- Create and maintain a record of the updated retail store layouts, physical drawings, time spent on changes made and budgets

- Create the brand package and obtain the necessary approvals

- Provide support in the creation and maintenance of a sample board for each of the concepts based on the design pack

- Provide support in the creation and maintenance of the fixture catalogue with the coding, dimensions, costing and fixture indents with all relevant details

- Provide support in the creation and maintenance of a library of new materials and technology in line with latest trends

- Provide relevant material for creating and updating the E-library of inspirations and learnings in the server at the concept, sub group, brand and store level (in terms of images, catalogues, vendors, magazines etc.)

- Provide support in maintaining the as built drawings of the complete project in coordination with the execution team

- Share project progress updates and tracker at regular intervals to all the relevant stakeholders

- Collect feedback after completion of each project and share the same

- Generate MIS as per defined requirements and share the same
