Role Summary
A candidate having 4-7 years of experience who is adaptable to LMG's rapidly changing IT ecosystem and is ready to take application implementation and adoption with senior- s/peer guidance. The Candidate should have good exposure in Retail Planning solutions and should have worked in at least one implementation in areas like Merchandise Financial Planning, Assortment Planning, Demand Foresting or Replenishment Optimization. Apart from that candidate should have a good knowledge on Retail Domain, Key Retail business processes and good understanding on key technology around integrations like Enterprise service layer, web services API etc.
Key Job Responsibilities :
1. Laise with Key Business stakeholders to collect and document business requirements and use cases
2. Work with SI implementation partner to develop those functionalities
3. Be key part of Integration, System and User Acceptance Testing
4. Be the SPOC for Requirements, Design, Test case document sign Off
5. Be key part of Training end users or Train the trainers.
6. Bring in value recommendations to business stakeholders in Business process automation, best retail practices and new tools. Key Result Areas (KRAs)
Primary Technical Skills (Must to Have) :
- Retail Planning Application (At least one of Merchandise Planning, Assortment, OTB Management, Item Planning, Demand Forecasting)
- Basics of SQL, PL/SQL
- MS Office: Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Access
Secondary Technical Skills (Nice to Have) :
- Visio
- OBIEE or any Business reporting tool
- Basics of Enterprise Integration
Soft Skills/Team Lead experience :
- Business Analyst Skills in Retail Domain
- Good Team Player
- To act as a bridge/link between the Business team and Technical team and act as a support for both
- Train the Trainers or direct Training imparted to users on specific modules
- Good communication skills, interpersonal skill and problem-solving ability
