- Partner with hiring managers to understand their strategic priorities, hiring focus areas and hiring requirements
- Provide subject matter expertise to the hiring managers on matters relating to talent acquisition
- Provide support in implementing the organization talent acquisition strategy
- Assess the workforce staffing levels, workforce count and capacity norms and provide recommendations with specific reference to workforce reallocation versus workforce hiring
- Create and execute the manpower plan and budgets for the organization in collaboration with the Talent Acquisition Head
- Make use of multiple and relevant hiring sources that are cost effective, time efficient and attract the right candidates (traditional, social media, mobile etc.)
- Source, screen and shortlist the candidate profiles in alignment with the job profiles
- Make use of defined selection techniques that best demonstrate a candidate's technical skills, organizational fit and competency alignment
- Create a positive hiring experience for the candidates and keep the candidates updated and engaged at every stage of the selection process - Collaborate with relevant stakeholders for a seamless onboarding of new employees
- Represent the organization in events to network and build relationships with potential candidate communities
- Make use of the technology to support effective and efficient approaches to recruitment and selection
- Manage and guide the team to deliver on the job
