Responsible for developing the monthly/Quarterly/Annual marketing plan for the region. The role plays a key part in building short-to-long term readiness for the scale-up strategies for driving the region's business. Lead Innovation plans - from ideation to market launch, and post-launch progress tracking.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Season Launch
- Brand Properties
- CRM
- New store launch
- Catchment Development
- Family, Youth / Corporate Connect
- Marketing plan, budget, reporting and vendor management
REPORTS TO : Regional Marketing Manager
SUPERVISES : 2 to 3 sr/executives 6-7 stores per head
RELATIONSHIP -EXTERNAL : Event and advertising agencies, vendors, other sectors ( barter deal)
INTERNAL : All Functions
