We are looking for a Senior Demand Generation Manager to join our growing global marketing team. The candidate will be responsible for strategizing and executing marketing activities to generate demand for our platform. The ideal candidate will have the ability to plan and execute high-impact campaigns that resonate with our ICP, generate qualified leads and contribute to our overall sales pipeline. We expect the candidate to be well-versed with ad platforms, CRM tools and marketing automation tools along with a solid understanding of inbound marketing processes and best practices.

Responsibilities:

Plan, strategize and execute end-to-end demand generation programs for various multi-channel, multi-touch demand generation activities with short term and long term goals that are in line with the company's revenue goals.

Create and execute effective content driven campaigns using strategies like paid media, SEO, emails, webinars, nurtures, content syndication etc. with a view of maximising inbound lead flow.

Work closely with the product marketing, SEO, content and social team to execute cohesive campaigns with execution support from copy-writing, design and website team.

Identify, test, and implement growth marketing tactics to drive revenue at or above monthly targets.

Monitor and analyse key marketing metrics to ensure positive ROI from marketing campaigns.

Build a consistent feedback loop and continuously improve and optimize lead hand-off processes with the sales team.

Effectively track and understand marketing funnel KPIs and report to the leadership team on the impact of demand gen activities on monthly revenue.

Requirements:

- 6-9 years of relevant marketing experience with a demonstrated track record of success running B2B demand generation campaigns for a SaaS or technology company

- 4+ years of demand generation/campaigns experience

- Have experience implementing enterprise-level demand generation programs and experience generating high quality leads for marketing technology products.

- Have a deep understanding of data-driven marketing, campaign optimisation and campaigns measurements to prove ROI with comprehensive reporting.

- Have tactical, hands-on experience with lead forecasting, nurturing, scoring, reporting, and analysis.

- Have experience working with paid media, B2B influences and content syndication vendors.

- Have hands-on experience with Hubspot, Intercom and advertising platforms like Meta, Google and Linkedin.

- Have experience partnering with SDRs and sales teams to coordinate, communicate, and deliver offers and campaigns that resonate deeply with customers along buyer's journey

- Are a self-starter who excels at multitasking and thrives in a fast-paced environment with strong ability to take ownership with minimal supervision.

- Have excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise and shift workload to meet deadlines

- Have exceptional writing, communication and presentation skills.

- Are a highly self motivated individual with creative flair and eye for good design and extreme attention to detail.
