We're looking for a talented Program Manager to drive our Digital Transformation initiatives. In this pivotal role, you'll drive strategic planning, execution, and delivery of key digital projects that will shape the future of our business. The Digital Transformation Program Manager is responsible for developing and managing comprehensive transformation initiatives. This work envisages creation of detailed project plans that include scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation, ensuring that every digital project aligns with the overall business strategy. This position also serves as a critical bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, facilitating collaboration and driving continuous improvement in digital processes.

What You'll Do

As our Digital Transformation Program Manager, you'll be at the intersection of technology, business strategy, and project execution:

- Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets for digital transformation initiatives

- Lead and inspire cross-functional teams to deliver impactful digital projects

- Identify potential risks and implement effective mitigation strategies

- Monitor project progress and provide clear, regular updates to stakeholders

- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards

- Collaborate across departments to align digital initiatives with overall business goals

- Implement and optimize Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies as appropriate for different projects

What We're Looking For

- 5-7 years of experience in program management, preferably in digital transformation context

- Strong understanding of digital technologies and modern project management methodologies

- Strong project management skills with practical experience in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership abilities

- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously

- Hands-on experience with digital technologies and platforms

- Bachelor's degree in a related field (Business, IT, Computer Science, or similar), MBA from Tier-2/3 institutes preferred

- PMP or a comparable project management certification (preferred)

- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to adapt to changing priorities

Goals For Role

- Successfully implement at least 3 major digital transformation initiatives within the first 12 months, resulting in significant improvement in operational efficiency.

- Establish standardized project management methodologies across the organization within 6 months.

- Reduce project delivery timelines by 20% through process optimization and effective resource management.

- Achieve 90% stakeholder satisfaction ratings for digital transformation projects.
