Lifelong Online is one of the only direct to consumer brands in the home durables space. We are a fast growing digital-first brand innovating for Bharat (60%+ sales in t2/T3 towns). We aspire to be No. 1 consumer durables brand for Bharat households. We are currently present across 4 sub-categories. Consumer appliances, health care devices, Personal grooming and Sports devices. We predominantly work through the online channels (Amazon and Flipkart) since our business is all online and distribution is especially designed for ecommerce. We've seen a 2-3x growth each year our inception in 2015.
Our product development engines enable us to create functionally superior products across categories and designed specifically for our ecommerce customers.

Responsibilities:-
Category Growth & Profitability: Responsible for overall strategy of the product category, driving business growth and achieving revenue and profitability targets for the category.

Product Development: a key part of the role is owning the product roadmap for your category. Work through a structured approach to understand customer needs and market dynamics to identify product selection gaps in assigned category and create differentiated products. Execute on the product roadmap for new launches and meeting all product launch timelines at the desired specifications and quality.

Customer Experience: Lifelong is focused on creating exceptional customer experience. Category/Product manager are responsible for ensuring super customer experience by focusing on customer needs and solving for paint points across the product and channel value chain.
- Responsible for value creation based in the category by strong market/customer and understanding competitive dynamics. Use a data driven approach by conducting detailed spend analysis and benchmarking, evaluate market and competitive dynamics to create compelling customer value proposition in product category.

Marketing Promotions: Should drive visibility plans, promotion plans and coordinate the same between the internal marketing teams. Oversee communication development and the creation and execution of marketing, promotion and merchandising plans

Cross-Functional Capabilities: Effectively work with sales, marketing, supply chain, import, finance/commercial and other functions of the organization.
- Drive key vendor relationship for the category, identifying strategic partners and negotiating better terms of trade and deals for customers

Inventory Management: Inventory health metrics (STR - Full season/Fresh, ROS per day, Stock Cover, Core inventory Share%, Etc)
Who we are looking for:- Min 3-5 years of relevant experience in product management, either in product roles across appliance brands or e-commerce category management from firms like Amazon Flipkart etc.
- Extremely passionate about creating value and making a strong impact
- Strong background in product portfolio management across a variety of products with focus on new product development
- Outstanding with numbers and business acumen. Able to show 2-3X growth in assigned category.
