- Interact with them over several meetings to capture their aspirations

- Present our service offerings of business transformation with case studies of organisations we have worked with and transformed

- Create a team of business development professionals to build a strong pipeline of prospects

- Interact with delivery team to create new service offerings

- Deliver performance as per revenue focused targets
