Job Description :
- Responsible for sustaining and growing the city revenues with P&L responsibilities.
- Leading the marketing initiatives to drive new customer acquisitions and growth in revenues.
- Leading the team in delivering the best Customer experience while having a 360-degree view of Marketing to last mile supply chain.
- Managing the administration function, operational performance reporting, streamlining processes and systems wherever possible.
- Responsible for managing the City team from hiring and training new recruits to assign targets and formulating incentive plans as well as career planning for each member of the team.
Desired Candidate:
- Relevant work experience in Sales or Marketing or Operations with a penchant for Leadership.
- A competent decision-maker with the ability to create and execute a strategic plan for the city.
- Individual willing to roll up our sleeves and get our hands dirty
- Post Graduate from Premier Institute with proven negotiation skills and effective communication skills (Oral skills: English and Hindi/Local Language)
- Identifies, builds and uses a wide network of contacts with people at all levels, internally and externally
- High ethical standards
- Self-starter, entrepreneurial attitude with high level of ownership.
