Business Finance

Key Responsibilities :

- Support the assessment of corporate development plans, multi-year plan & opportunities through advanced modeling.

- Through analytical review & trend analysis, track performance against weekly, monthly, quarterly & annual goals/targets & provide performance insights.

- Assist in the development & execution of processes to allow for routine analytical reviews of company financial & operational performance, leveraging business unit analytical resources & tools.

- Develop scenario models in support of the assessment of business development & growth opportunities.

- Assist in preparing presentations in support of monthly/quarterly senior leadership meetings & various strategic initiatives of the company

- Gather, analyze & ensure accuracy of data.

- Partner with accounting to support & influence the accuracy & effectiveness of the financial reporting.

- Plan & prepare the annual budget & periodical updates of forecasts.

Expertise Needed :

- CA Certification or MBA Degree

- Strong numerical ability, coupied with sound reasoning & logical deduction skills

- Command over MS Excel

- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills

The role also requires :

- Working closely with Sr. Management across multiple business lines to develop, implement & maintain an effective planning & analysis capability that will measure & guide the company's performance.

- Need to influence key stakeholders across the organization to deliver the P&L.
