License Compliance Specialist - Healthcare Industry

Responsibilities :

- Relevant experience in License Department.

- Should have sufficient knowledge in Shop & Establishment licenses.

- Responsible to pursue Clinical Establishments, Fire NOC, Consent & Authorizations as required under Pollution Control Board for the Diagnostic vertical.

- Co-ordination with operation team to launch new branches for retail and diagnostic verticals.

- Rental negotiations after analyzing sales potential, investments & ROI.

- Maintaining cordial relationship with Govt. Authorities for ensuring timely progression of approvals.

- Experience in Licensing & Allied works.

- Handling all Intellectual Property Rights related matters and cases with the Attorneys.

- Contract Reviewing, Draft reviewing.

- Advisory to the management for the recovery of the unrecovered debts from the parties and risk mitigation.

- Handling all property related matters

- Licensing and statutory compliance

- Good relationship in between organizations and Govt.

- Strong presentation and maintaining strong administration relations to maintain compliance for business prospective.

- In depth knowledge of regulatory affairs and public policies.

- Flexible on moving between roles and being able to learn fast.
