Role Description:

- This is a full-time on-site role as a Sales and Marketing Specialist located in Pune.

- The Sales and Marketing Specialist will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as communication with customers, providing excellent customer service, conducting sales, and training.

- They will also be responsible for sales management duties.

Responsibilities:

- Develop marketing strategies for projects, including company websites and social media

- Work closely with the sales team on program development and implementation

- Create and execute lead generation programs

- Analyze data to determine campaign efficiency

- Ensure creative marketing materials undergo regular review and adhere to brand guidelines

- Develop and communicate marketing plans, campaign results and project recommendations to senior management team.

Qualifications:

- Excellent communication and customer service skills

- Strong sales and sales management skills

- Experience in training others

- Knowledge of insurance products and industry

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Problem-solving and decision-making skills

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field

- Prior experience in Financial Products / Personal Finance desirable.
